CARE INFORMATION

Tips for caring and washing delicate fibers such as Pashmina, Cashmere, and Silk to extend their lifespan and safely remove small everyday stains.

Although high-quality dry cleaning is recommended, hand washing is still the safest method for washing our fibers. So you can wash them yourself by following the instructions below:

. Hand washing : Use water at a temperature between 10°C and a maximum of 30°C. Use a natural soap or baby shampoo, without twisting or rubbing. Then rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze. Avoid using a softener. Hand washing remains the most gentle and best way to extend the lifespan of a fiber.

. Machine washing : Wash your shawl separately with a wool program at a maximum temperature of 30°. Slip the shawl into a cover to protect it. Also, use natural soap or baby shampoo without softener. Do not exceed a spin speed of 600 revolutions per minute.

. Drying and ironing : Dry your shawl flat, away from the sun. Once dry, iron it at medium temperature, on the wool program. For embroidered items, always iron the embroidery on the reverse side. It is crucial not to use a tumble dryer to dry your shawls to avoid any risk of shrinkage or damage to delicate fibers.

. Tip : Adding three drops of white vinegar during the first wash will help set the color.
